The Role
We’re expanding our US Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring across our GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships). This is an Individual Contributor role with a broad scope and high impact: you’ll partner directly with our hiring leaders to design the recruiting foundation, then execute to deliver a diverse, high-quality pipeline for an enterprise B2B product selling to large customers.
This is a Hybrid role -working 3 times a week from our NYC / Boston offices.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles in the US: intake, sourcing, screening, structured interviews, calibration, references, offers, and close.
Build the recruiting infrastructure from the ground up: role briefs, scorecards, interview plans, training, SLAs, DEI practices, and a consistently great candidate experience.
Partner with leadership on compensation benchmarking and hiring campaigns; advise on market data and trade-offs.
Drive proactive sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, events, referrals) and nurture talent communities.
Stand up and iterate our recruiting tech stack Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter (ATS and workflows) and integrate with HRIS (e.g., HiBob).
Define and report hiring metrics (pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, quality of hire) and continuously improve.
Manage vendors (agencies, job boards, tools) and negotiate terms when needed.
Ensure compliance with US employment and hiring regulations across states; uphold fair, consistent processes.
Champion PointFive’s employer brand through compelling JDs, outreach, and interview best practices.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles in SaaS / Cyber / FinOps companies; startup experience is required.
Proven success as an IC recruiter in an early-stage or high-growth environment; you’re comfortable building processes while delivering hires fast.
Strong sourcing toolkit and closing skills; excellent judgment and communication with senior stakeholders.
Experience implementing or optimizing an ATS (e.g., Ashby) and working with HRIS (HiBob a plus).
Data-driven approach; you use metrics to prioritize and improve.
Solid understanding of US hiring practices and multi-state compliance.
Based on the US East Coast or able to work ET hours, able to commute to our offices in NYC / Boston 3 days a week.
