PointFive's cookie notice. Learn how we use cookies and similar technologies on our website.

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This Cookie Notice explains how PointFive Ltd. ("PointFive", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the PointFive website and any other website that we own or control and to which this Cookie Notice is posted (collectively, the "Sites").

## What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies serve different purposes, like helping us understand how a site is being used, letting you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences and generally improving your browsing experience.

Our Sites may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer or mobile device until you delete them).

We use two broad categories of cookies: (1) first party cookies, served directly by us, which we use to recognize your computer or mobile device when it revisits our Sites; and (2) third party cookies, which are served by service providers or business partners on our Sites, and can be used by these parties to recognize your computer or mobile device when it visits other websites.

## What Types of Cookies and Similar Technologies Are Used?

On the Sites, we use cookies and other tracking technologies in the following categories:

| Type | Description | Who Serves the Cookies | How to Control Them |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Essential | These cookies and technologies are necessary to deliver the Sites securely and to load the other tools listed in this table. | [Cloudflare](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/) [Google Tag Manager](https://policies.google.com/privacy) | See 'Your choices' below. |
| Functionality | These cookies and technologies power features you choose to use on the Sites, such as forms, meeting scheduling, video players and interactive product demos. | [HubSpot](https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy) [Chili Piper](https://www.chilipiper.com/privacy-policy) [Gumlet](https://www.gumlet.com/privacy) [Mux](https://www.mux.com/privacy) [YouTube](https://policies.google.com/privacy) [Arcade](https://www.arcade.software/privacy) | See 'Your choices' below. |
| Analytics | These cookies help us understand how our Sites are performing and being used, such as which pages are visited and which content and campaigns lead to engagement. These cookies may work with web beacons included in emails we send to track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. | [Google Analytics](https://policies.google.com/privacy) [HubSpot](https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy) [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy) | You can find out more information about Google Analytics cookies and about how Google protects your data. You can prevent the use of Google Analytics by downloading and installing a browser plugin available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. See 'Your choices' below. |
| Visitor identification | These technologies help us identify the company or organization associated with a visit to our Sites, and in some cases the individual visitor, using your IP address, cookies and other device or network information together with the provider's own data. | Local storage and session storage | The Sites also store small amounts of information in your browser's local storage and session storage. We use it to remember that you registered for a webinar so that the recording stays available to you, to keep campaign (UTM) parameters from the page you arrived on so they can be included with a form you submit, and to remember settings on interactive pages, such as a sound preference. | PointFive (first party) | Session storage is cleared when you close the browser tab. You can clear local storage by deleting site data in your browser settings. See 'Your choices' below. |

## Other Technologies

In addition to cookies, our Sites and emails may use other technologies to collect information. For example, we may use web beacons (which are also known as pixel tags and clear GIFs) on our Sites and in our HTML formatted emails to track the actions of users on our Sites and whether recipients of our marketing emails open or click links within them. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the hard drive of your computer or mobile device by a website, pixel tags are embedded invisibly on webpages or within HTML formatted emails. Pixel tags are used to demonstrate that a webpage was accessed or that certain content was viewed, typically to measure the success of our marketing campaigns or engagement with our emails.
